Dünya çapında 350 milyondan fazla izleyicisi olduğu iddialarının güvenilir olmadığı belirtilmektedir.İngiltere'de 8 milyon düzenli izleyicisi vardır. TopGear'ın aynı zamanda otomobil dergisi bulunmaktadır. 24 farklı ülkede yayınlanan derginin Türkiye versiyonu 1 Mayıs itibariyle Safran Medya bünyesinde çıkmaktadır. Türkiye'de 13 Mayıs itibariyle TopGear televizyon programı da 11. sezondan itibaren Digiturk bünyesinde bulunan Lig TV kanallarında yayınlanmaya başlanmıştır. Yeni bölümü Lig TV 3, tekrarları Lig TV 2 kanallarından Türkçe dublajlı olarak yayınlanmaktadır.
