Alla Montchak, sektördeki adı ile Nikki Benz, 11 Aralık 1981 tarihinde dünyaya geldi. 7 yaşında ailesinin Kanada'ya göç etmesiyle Toronto, Ontario'da büyüdü. Ocak 2003'te Pleasure Productions ile sözleşme imzaladı. İlk seks sahnesini Strap on Sally 20'de Gina Lynn ile ve ilk kız-erkek sahnesini Ben English ile The Sweetest Thing'de yaptı. Haziran 2016'da ürün tanıtımı yapmak için Brazzers ile anlaştı. Birkaç ay sonra Brazzers için yapılan bir çekim sırasında sahnenin yönetmeni Tony T tarafından saldırıya uğradığını iddia etti.
