Biography

Rus devrimci, Marksizmin önde gelen teorisyeni, Sovyet siyasetçi ve devlet adamı, Rusya Sosyal Demokrat İşçi Partisi "Bolşevikler"in kurucusu, Rusya'daki 1917 Ekim Devrimi'nin ana organizatörü ve lideri, Halk Komiserleri Konseyi'nin ilk başkanı. RSFSR ve sosyalist devletin ilk dünya tarihinin yaratıcısı olan SSCB Halk Komiserleri Konseyi. Marksist, yayıncı, ideolog ve Üçüncü (Komünist) Enternasyonal'in yaratıcısı, Sovyet Sosyalist Cumhuriyetler Birliği'nin kurucusu. Başlıca siyasi ve gazetecilik çalışmalarının kapsamı, materyalist felsefe, Marksizm teorisi, anti-kapitalizm ve anti-emperyalizm, sosyalist devrimi gerçekleştirme teori ve pratiği, sosyalizm ve komünizm inşası ve sosyalizmin ekonomi politiğidir. Vladimir Ulyanov'un (Lenin) tarihsel rolüne ilişkin görüşler ve değerlendirmeler son derece kutupsaldır. Lenin'in faaliyetlerine ilişkin olumlu ya da olumsuz değerlendirmeler ne olursa olsun, komünist olmayan pek çok bilim adamı bile onu dünya tarihindeki en önemli devrimci devlet adamı olarak görüyor.
